Reservations / payments
Reservations: payment in advance is necessary.
Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price.
The remainder of the price must be paid 2 weeks before journey.
Cancelations:
For the cancellation rights ask the hotel for the declaration of withdrawal (by E-Mail).
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before departure 30% of the booked price.
59 to 22 days before departure 50% of the booked price
21 to 15 days before departure 80% of the booked price
14 days to arrival 100%
